In my prior role as a Physician Assistant, I diagnosed and treated chronic disease, yet I had few tools to help my patients make lifestyle changes necessary to prevent or treat chronic disease. I wanted to do more knowing the World Health Organization's estimate that 80% of heart disease, stroke and type 2 diabetes could be prevented by making specific lifestyle changes.
As a Health and Wellness Coach, I've gathered tools to support you as you make lifestyle changes. We work together to clarify your goals related to health and wellness. Once the goals have been set, we identify realistic steps that you can take toward achieving those goals.
